Start by selecting a city and service. Listings show available public business information and whether the profile has been claimed. Compare several options and independently verify licenses and insurance before hiring.

License information is displayed only when available from a submitted or public source. Unless a profile explicitly states that a credential was reviewed, treat it as unverified and confirm it with the applicable state or local authority. Insurance information should also be confirmed directly before hiring.

We list factual business information sourced from public records. We do not currently display third-party reviews. Listings show license status, service area, and contact information — no fabricated or aggregated ratings.

Each listing includes the contractor's phone number and website link. Click directly through — there's no lead form to fill out, no middleman collecting your information, and no fee for contacting a contractor. You're connecting with them directly.

Completely free for homeowners. We don't charge for search access, and we don't sell your contact information to contractors or lead brokers. Future Pro features may be introduced later, but homeowner search remains free.

We currently list HVAC contractors in Atlanta, GA, Tampa, FL, and Denver, CO. Each city has its own dedicated search with neighborhood-level filtering. We plan to expand to additional cities — sign up for updates at the bottom of the homepage.

No, you didn't need to. We build listings from publicly available business information — state licensing records, secretary of state filings, and similar sources. If your business holds an active HVAC contractor license and operates in one of our covered cities, you may have a listing. Your page is clearly labeled as unclaimed until you verify and take ownership of it.

Visit your business profile page and click "Claim This Listing." Sign in, accept the listing terms, and complete the business ownership check in the secure portal. An eligible verified owner receives the free claimed listing without entering a credit card.

Not yet. Pro features are planned for later, but no Pro offer is available for purchase today. The current ownership claim and claimed listing are free.

No. The current ownership claim and free claimed listing do not require a credit card or start a paid plan. Any future Pro offer would require a separate, clearly presented choice.

No. An active free claimed listing is independent from future Pro features and from newsletter status. You can request corrections or removal without buying anything.

Claim your listing through the secure ownership flow, or email us at support@hvaclisting.com with your business name and the correction. A purchase is not required to request a correction.

Reply "remove" to any email we sent you, or submit a takedown request at hvaclisting.com/takedown. We process all removal requests within 48 hours, no questions asked. Once removed, your listing will not be republished. If you received an email from us and just want to opt out of further contact, you can unsubscribe from that email directly.

No. Your listing page links to your own website and includes public information from business records. An unclaimed listing is effectively a citation pointing toward your business. Claiming it lets an owner manage the profile and display an owner-verified claim state.
