Who we are

HVACListing.com is an HVAC contractor directory. Questions about this policy go tosupport@hvaclisting.comor by mail to 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801.

Information you send us

The claim and correction form asks for the business name, city, phone, website, license number, services, your name, your email, your role, and any notes you add. You may also answer an optional multiple-choice question about how you first found HVACListing.com; it has no free-text response. An optional checkbox asks whether you want The Contract Sheet, a free email newsletter for HVAC business owners. Neither choice is required to add, claim, or correct a listing. The selected discovery category is stored with your request so we can understand how people find the directory.

The removal form asks for the business name, city, your name, your email, a reason, and optional notes.

We use that information to review the request and reply to you. We do not sell the details you submit on these forms. Email you send to support@hvaclisting.com is used to answer you.

Listings

Public listing pages show business details compiled from public sources, such as a name, phone number, website, and service tags. That information is published so homeowners can contact the business directly. A contractor can ask for a correction or removal with the forms above.
