HVAC Contractors for HVAC Installation in Fresno, CA

Replacing HVAC equipment in Fresno is an opportunity to evaluate the home rather than duplicate the old installation. Fresno's official climate records show a pronounced summer cooling season; ask how the proposed equipment and ductwork will meet that load while also providing winter comfort. Request a load calculation, exact model numbers, and an explanation of thermostat and airflow settings. A quote for a heat pump should also describe its heating operation and any backup equipment. Review PG&E's residential rebate information for current programs, and confirm account, project, and equipment eligibility before assuming an incentive is available. Ask who will handle permits and inspection with the City of Fresno building office. Verify the company's license and relevant scope through the California Contractors State License Board. Compare installation proposals using the full written scope, including removal, electrical changes, ducts, and commissioning, then confirm services directly with the contractor.
